Bar Manager Tristan Willey of Booker & Dax - New York, NY

I’m a pretty simple guy when it comes to drinking: about the only thing I sometimes put into my booze is ice.  But I’m always up for trying a cocktail (as long as it isn’t too sweet.  So I’m not really sure what I’m going to do with this page.  I will definitely list my favorite Seasonal Cocktails and I will also try to provide some photos and recipes when I can.  There is another section of the site where I will note my favorite bars.
