What could be better than a weekend in Memphis with ten of your best buddies? Not much. Except if they're having the World Championship of BBQ that weekend. Hundreds of competitors smoke pork for a week in an effort to win the grand prize. I was just happy to be there and get a few tastes. Enjoy the photos. See you there next May...
