Simply put, the Thanksgiving meal at Elizabeth's family's house has no rivals. Kathie, Elizabeth's mother, orchestrates the creation of a perfect feast. After you have read the menu below, you will understand the scope of what I am talking about here. What always amazes me is how effortlessly the meal comes together in the final moments. This is not to say that Kathie does not put in hard work...on the contrary, she labors furiously for many days prior to the feast. Everything is homemade. And then, almost magically, the dishes begin appearing and appearing. The rest is history and boy am I thankful!
